Position: Animal Welfare Data Integration Specialist

As an Animal Welfare Data Integration Specialist, you will be central to our data management initiatives, ensuring the seamless integration and accessibility of critical information that supports our programs and services. Your contributions will empower our team to deliver timely and accurate assistance to pet owners and animal welfare advocates.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

Data Collection and Integration:
- Resource Development: Create comprehensive resources related to animal welfare, including guides, directories, and informational materials.
- Data Input: Accurately input collected data into our database, maintaining consistency and reliability.
- Database Management: Oversee the management of our databases, ensuring data integrity and security.

Collaboration and Support:
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide necessary support.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any data-related issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.

 

Enhancing Community Impact:
- Mission Support: Ensure all data-related activities align with our mission to combat food insecurity for both humans and their furry family members (FAMs).
- Community Support: Assist families with pets by providing essential resources, and support organizations in securing funding to further their missions, enhancing the overall welfare of our community.
- Data Analysis: Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve our services and outreach efforts.
- Resource Expansion: Continuously update and expand our database with new information and resources to meet the evolving needs of our community.
