SMS/MMS Opt-In Terms, Conditions, and Policy

By consenting to receive SMS/MMS text messages from RESCUES ON85TH, you agree to receive messages related to service reminders, promotions, and other important notifications. Please note that standard data rates may apply.

Purpose of SMS/MMS Messaging

RESCUES ON85TH utilizes an SMS/MMS text messaging system to provide you with timely reminders and notifications, including but not limited to:

- Service appointment reminders (sent the day prior)
- Notifications when your delivery driver is enroute and approximately 30 minutes away
- Requests for online reviews
- Distribution dates for products
- Exclusive notifications about future free donated products for existing customers

We strive to keep you informed about important information to ensure the well-being and happiness of your Furry Family Member.

Opt-In Requirement

Clients are required to opt-in to receive donated products or services from RESCUES ON85TH. SMS/MMS messages may be sent using automated technology, and manual messages will be sent as needed. You can expect to receive no more than five messages per month.

Opt-Out Procedure

You may opt out of receiving SMS/MMS messages at any time by:

- Replying "STOP" to any text message you receive from us
- Emailing us at [info@rescueson85th.org](mailto:info@rescueson85th.org) with your request to stop receiving SMS messages

Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will promptly remove you from our messaging list.

RESCUES ON85TH reserves the right to update or modify this SMS/MMS Opt-In Terms, Conditions, and Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via SMS or other appropriate means.
