Members can earn points ("FAM Bucks") by completing qualifying actions, such as donating items, volunteering, or participating in animal welfare-related activities. These points can then be redeemed for rewards such as gift cards, discounts, and more.

You acknowledge that participating businesses and service providers are solely responsible for any products or services you purchase with redeemed rewards. RESCUES ON85TH does not endorse any participating business and disclaims all responsibility for the quality or service of such businesses.

7. Changes to the Program
RESCUES ON85TH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. This includes changes to the points structure, rewards, and the terms and conditions. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.

8. Termination of Membership
RESCUES ON85TH reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, including for suspected fraudulent activity or violations of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of termination, you will forfeit any unused points.

9. Dispute Resolution
